Hi3G Access AB, also known as Tre, is a leading telecommunications company in Sweden that has been focusing on enhancing its digital presence through the development of the e-commerce platform tre.se and the user-friendly app experience, Mitt Tre (My Tre)

Tre encountered difficulties, in maintaining uniformity across its platforms which included the website and mobile application, this led to users encountering obstacles in navigating and using the services provided by Tres interfaces. To resolve these issues and enhance user experience coherence across all platforms was a priority, for Tre.

As a member of Tre design team I played a role contributed to the building of both the tre.se online shopping website and the Mitt Tre application app. My tasks included working with UX designers and developers to ensure a design approach and user friendly experience, for our customers. I focused on creating the aspects of the interface by designing user interfaces (UI) crafting animations and developing interactive models for testing purposes. By conducting rounds of user testing and feedback collection I gathered insights that guided improvements for both platforms. This resulted improved usability and visual appeal well as offering a seamless digital journey, for Tre users.
